Guidance for those looking to have assistance working through the Strength & Accessory program on Thursday evenings. Each session follows an 8-12 week strength cycle, incorporating main lifts and accessory work to build power, stability, and muscular endurance. Your coach will provide form corrections, modifications, and strategic insights to help you refine technique.
