Strength & Conditioning is a 55-minute class designed to build strengrh, power, endurance, and resilience. Each session starts with a focused strength component, following 8-12 week progressive strength cycles focusing on the four main lifts including deadlift, squat, bench press and strict press. Each session will finish with a short and spicy conditioning piece, pushing intensity and reinforcing athletic endurance. This class is perfect for those looking to get stronger, move better, and perform at their peak—whether in competition or everyday life. Lift heavy. Move fast. Get strong.
